| Hours of Operation – The Wings of Dreams Aviation Museum will be temporarily closed due to relocation, renovation, and planning and creation of new exhibits. We will reopen in March 2012. Date and new hours of operation will be posted on our website. Admission is free. Donations are appreciated. |
Wings of Dreams Airfest - March 2-4, 2012 We are excited to once again host the Collings Foundation "Wings of Freedom Tour" and welcome the return of the B-17 Flying Fortress, B-24 Liberator and TP-51 Mustang to Keystone Heights Airport (42) in North Central Florida. We are especially honored to have the participation of World War II fighter aces, combat airmen and WASP, who will share stories of their wartime experience in symposiums scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. More details on other activities will be posted on the website soon. Contact the Collings Foundation (1-800-568-8924) to book your warbird flight experience at the 2012 Wings of Dreams Airfest.

| Books, Memorabilia & Artifacts Donations – The Wings of Dreams is continuing its drive for books for the Aviation Resource Library and memorabilia and artifacts for museum displays. We are interested in books, memorabilia and artifacts relating to aviation history, World War II, aerospace, military history, vintage aircraft manuals, space program and rocketry, as well as aircraft models and archival materials (photos, newspaper articles, oral histories, letters, diaries). All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The library is open to the public for examination, reference and research. |
